When you want it listed, bought, and sold... you call me. I am Van Grant, 23 year old, Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties. In January of 2023, I began my real estate journey here in North Georgia.

With a background in construction, carpentry, and other manual labor jobs I began to watch my peers around me go off to college, settle down, or move away. I was feeling somewhat stuck in the every day routine as a 21 year old, and needed a sense of purpose and fufillment beyond what I could do with just my hands. I quickly continued to pick up the books and study what I would do next... then it clicked. If I can build a house, I might as well learn to sell one. And so, that's exactly what I did. I've never looked back, through countless ups and downs, I am always one step ahead in looking for the right directions to help out my clients.

When you allow me to serve you, we become just like family, and I have your back through the extreme emotional roller coaster this home buying or selling process is. With my young and ambitious mindset in real estate, I am constantly seeking and executing new ways to best help everyone with a tailored and specefic plan for their current and next real estate goals.
